Material used: Oil painting on canvas of 35.5x45.5x6.3cm,24K gold,silver ,material / structuring pastes, resin-based paints.Frame made with Yoshino cedar tree wood and Italian stones. The finish was done with italian paints and the colors were created in aged steel shades; the frame band measures about 8 cm, the frame size about 52.5x62.5 cm
Artist's comments: After a visit to Inunakisan Shipporiuji, I was deeply impressed by the altar of the dragon god Kurikaraken, and after touching the fire on its altar while the priest chanted the prayer, I was inspired to create this artwork which resembles the dragon skin and the surrounding colors, forest and temple.
